By accessing or using Galaxy Keys Arcade ("Galaxy Keys," "we," "us," or "our") and placing any order on this website, you ("the Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase any products from us.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Galaxy Keys regarding your use of the site and any transaction made through it. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Galaxy Keys sells digital product license keys ("CD Keys," "Game Keys," or "Product Keys") for video games and software titles. All products are delivered electronically — no physical item will be shipped.
Upon successful payment verification, your CD Key will be made available within the timeframe stated on your order receipt (typically within 24 hours). Delivery times may vary depending on payment method and verification requirements.
Keys are sourced from legitimate distribution channels. Galaxy Keys does not guarantee compatibility with all regional storefronts. It is your responsibility to verify regional compatibility before purchasing. Product descriptions include available region information where applicable.
Galaxy Keys accepts payment via PayPal and Interac e-Transfer. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or applicable taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
Interac e-Transfer: Payments must be sent to interac@fairshop.ca with your Order Token included in the payment notes. Failure to include your Order Token may delay order fulfillment significantly. Galaxy Keys is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect payment notes.
PayPal: Payment is processed directly through PayPal's platform. Your order token is transmitted automatically. Orders are fulfilled after payment is received and verified. Galaxy Keys reserves the right to cancel and refund orders suspected of fraud at our sole discretion.
We understand that problems occasionally occur, and we are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly. Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following circumstances exclusively, and only at Galaxy Keys' sole discretion:
Eligible situations (our fault): You received a key that was already used or invalid at the time of delivery and you have not attempted to use the key yourself; you were charged but never received a key after the stated delivery window; or you were delivered the wrong product due to an error on our part.
Ineligible situations (not our fault): You changed your mind after purchase; the key was activated successfully but you no longer want the game; you are unable to run the game due to your hardware or software; the game was already in your library; you purchased the wrong region key and were informed of region restrictions on the product page; or the key was activated but you claim it did not work (without verifiable evidence provided to our support team).
We reserve the right to request additional evidence (such as screenshots of the error) before issuing any refund or replacement. Galaxy Keys' decision on all refund requests is final.
If you have a problem with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us first. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support team. We are a real business that takes customer satisfaction seriously.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us — or doing so in bad faith — has serious consequences. Digital keys are unique, non-returnable goods. If a key has been delivered and is later found to have been activated, any chargeback will be treated as fraudulent use of our service.
In the event of an unauthorized or bad-faith chargeback, Galaxy Keys reserves the right to:
a) Permanently ban your email address and IP address from our platform;
b) Report the transaction to PayPal and relevant fraud prevention databases;
c) Pursue recovery of funds through available legal remedies;
d) Share evidence of key activation with PayPal or other relevant parties to contest the dispute.
Our support team is available to assist with any issues related to your order. All support inquiries must be submitted via email to ensure proper tracking and resolution.
When contacting support, please provide: your Order Token, the email address used for your order, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or evidence. Incomplete requests may delay resolution.
Galaxy Keys does not offer phone or live chat support at this time. All communications must be conducted via email. We do not accept support requests through social media platforms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are abusive, threatening, or acting in bad faith toward our support staff.
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using Galaxy Keys or its services:
Fraud & Abuse: Providing false information during checkout; using stolen, compromised, or unauthorized payment methods; purchasing keys with the intent to file fraudulent chargebacks; or reselling keys purchased from us in violation of the original publisher's license terms.
System Abuse: Attempting to exploit, hack, scrape, or manipulate our website or order system in any way; using automated tools to place orders; or circumventing any security or verification measures we employ.
Identity Misrepresentation: Using another person's email address or payment information without their consent; or creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or purchase restriction.
Chargebacks in Bad Faith: Filing payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving and activating a valid key, or before contacting our support team in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate cancellation of your orders, permanent banning of your account, IP address, and email address, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
Galaxy Keys reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any customer's access to our platform at our sole discretion, including but not limited to banning the associated email address and IP address.
Bans are applied at the email address and IP address level. Attempting to circumvent a ban by using a different email address, VPN, or proxy to continue accessing our services constitutes a further breach of these Terms.
Galaxy Keys does not guarantee any process for appealing a ban, though you may contact support@galaxykeys.com to inquire. All ban decisions are made at our sole discretion and are considered final unless we choose to reverse them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law — including the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and other mandatory consumer protection legislation — Galaxy Keys and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or the products we sell, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a transaction on our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Galaxy Keys is not responsible for: decisions made by game publishers or storefronts to revoke or invalidate keys after delivery; incompatibility of keys with your system or region despite published descriptions; or delays in delivery caused by payment processor issues beyond our control.
Galaxy Keys provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability information are always accurate, complete, or current, though we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy.
All content on Galaxy Keys, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Galaxy Keys or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.
Game titles, logos, and associated intellectual property referenced on our site are the property of their respective publishers and developers. Galaxy Keys is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.
When you place an order, we collect your email address, IP address, and browser information (user agent) for the purposes of order fulfillment, fraud prevention, and customer support. This information is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.
Your email address is used to verify your identity for order tracking purposes and to contact you regarding your orders. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
In the event of a chargeback, dispute, or fraud investigation, your transaction data — including email address, IP address, and order details — may be shared with our payment processors or relevant legal authorities as required.
In the event of a privacy incident (data breach) that presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) and affected individuals as required by law.
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described above and in accordance with applicable Quebec and Canadian privacy legislation.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR c P-40.1 (Quebec), the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, CQLR c P-39.1 (Quebec), and the Electronic Commerce Act, CQLR c C-1.1 (Quebec).
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, that cannot be resolved through our support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, district of Montreal.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
These Terms, together with any order confirmation you receive, constitute the entire agreement between you and Galaxy Keys with respect to your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
