How to Activate Steam Keys — Galaxy Keys Arcade

🎮 Before You Begin

Once your payment is confirmed and your key is delivered, follow the steps below to redeem it on Steam. You will need a free Steam account and the Steam desktop client installed on your PC. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Steam is free to download at store.steampowered.com. If you don't have it installed yet, grab it first before continuing.

Open Steam & Click "Games"

Launch the Steam desktop app and sign in. In the menu bar at the top of the window, click "Games".

Select "Activate a Product on Steam…"

In the dropdown menu, click "Activate a Product on Steam…" A dialog will open — click "Next" and agree to the Steam Subscriber Agreement to continue.

Enter Your CD Key

Paste your key into the field. Keys are formatted as XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.

⚠ Always copy & paste from your order receipt to avoid typos — watch out for 0 vs O and 1 vs I.

Click "Confirm" — Steam will verify the key and show you the game it unlocks, then add it to your library.

Double-check you haven't made a typo — copy and paste is always best. Also confirm you are using the Steam desktop client, not the browser. If the issue persists, contact support with your order details.

THE GAME IS FOR A DIFFERENT REGION — WILL IT WORK?

I DON'T HAVE A STEAM ACCOUNT — HOW DO I CREATE ONE?

Creating a Steam account is completely free. Visit store.steampowered.com/join, enter your email, create a username and password, and verify your email. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

CAN I GIFT THE KEY TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes! Simply share the key with the recipient and they can activate it on their own Steam account following these same steps. Keys can only be activated once, so send it only to the intended recipient.
