1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GalaxyKeys.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Products and Key Delivery
All products sold on GalaxyKeys.com are digital keys for software, games, or other digital content. Once your purchase is completed, your key will be available for download. To access your key:
- Go to the Orders page in your account.
- Click Details on the order you wish to view.
- Click Download File to download your key as a .txt file.
You may download your key as many times as needed within 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, the download link will expire for security purposes. It is your responsibility to securely store the key after downloading. GalaxyKeys.com is not liable for lost or shared keys after download.
GalaxyKeys.com records all key delivery activity including timestamps and download access logs. These records may be used as evidence in the event of disputes, chargebacks, or other claims regarding key delivery or access.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be completed before keys are delivered. We accept multiple payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit cards.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of error on our part, such as incorrect key delivery. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount for the product(s) you select.
Digital keys are considered delivered and used upon download or access, and therefore are not eligible for refund or reversal once downloaded. Exceptions will only be considered for delivery errors by GalaxyKeys.com.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, and acknowledge that digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
4.1 Chargebacks and Disputes
If you experience any issues with your order, you must contact GalaxyKeys.com support first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or any other payment reversal. Opening a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may be considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to deny future access to our services and products, restrict or terminate accounts, and contest the dispute with all available evidence, including proof of digital delivery.
5. User Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to securely store purchased keys and not share them with unauthorized third parties. GalaxyKeys.com is not liable for any unauthorized use of keys after delivery.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Use GalaxyKeys.com to engage in any fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the website or servers.
7. Limitation of Liability
GalaxyKeys.com provides digital products “as is.” We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or digital keys.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of GalaxyKeys.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
